Job Title: Sales Clerk

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Sales Clerk to support daily sales operations, attend to customers, and ensure proper record-keeping of sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have some sales experience and a good attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales transactions
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate cash handling
• Arrange and display products neatly
• Maintain daily sales records and inventory updates
• Support stock control and replenishment activities
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• OND in any relevant discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail operations
• Basic knowledge of sales documentation is an advantage.
