We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: FTTH Project Quality Manager

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the FTTH quality assurance team to ensure high-quality project delivery and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies, promoting continuous performance improvement across the project.
  • Establish QA compliance objectives and ensure all project targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Define and optimize quality control procedures in coordination with deployment and maintenance teams.
  • Identify training needs for quality and field teams; organize and deliver relevant training sessions.
  • Prepare and submit project quality reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) as required by management.
  • Drive proactive quality improvement initiatives and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with all team members to enhance overall project performance.
  • Manage and resolve major quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
  • Comply with all internal company rules, administrative requirements, and reporting procedures.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of quality assurance experience in the telecommunications industry; prior experience in FTTX/FTTH projects is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership ability with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); local language proficiency is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies used in telecom engineering.
  • Quality audit certifications (e.g., ISO9001:2015, TL9000) are a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
