Job Summary

• The Social media executive will be required to manage our brand’s social media presence, this includes creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with the online community, and analyzing campaign performance.
• The person will be required to be current with social media trends to develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily publishing calendars for social media pages; drives conversation around HMR, Gangs of Manila, Sports, and Solar.
• Real-time content packaging during live shows; trend-jacking and creator collaborations.
• Social listening and escalation; weekly insights to brand team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s marketing and branding objectives
• Position the company as a thought leader on LinkedIn by curating insightful content and showcasing company expertise
• Engage with audiences across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for engagement and brand positioning.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication or any related field.
• 3 – 5 years in social / community roles, platform analytics.
• Good communication skills.
